Have you ever seen a soldier enter battle without gear? Or a police officer patrolling without a bulletproof vest? It’s dangerous. In the same way, many Christians today are spiritually exposed—not because they are weak, but because they are unequipped. The Apostle Paul knew this danger and gave a divine solution: Put on the whole armour of God.

In times of war, soldiers from countries like the USA, Russia, or Israel never go to the battlefield without armour—bulletproof vests, helmets, shields, and tactical weapons. Their survival depends on preparation. Likewise, the Israelites, before facing the Midianites (Judges 7), or the Philistines (1 Samuel 17), often sought God’s direction before battle—and spiritual readiness was part of their armour. David faced Goliath not with Saul’s physical armour but with spiritual confidence and God’s authority.
WHAT IS AN ARMOUR (ORDINARILY) & THE ARMOUR OF GOD?

HOW CAN CHRISTIANS OR GOD’S PEOPLE OR CHILDREN HAVE AND WEAR THE ARMOUR OF GOD?
1. BE BORN AGAIN – ACCEPT CHRIST AS LORD AND SAVIOR
You can’t wear the armour of a Kingdom you don’t belong to. 📖 John 3:3 – “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.” 🎯 Application: Salvation is your enlistment into God’s army. Without it, you’re unarmed spiritually.
2. STUDY AND MEDITATE ON GOD’S WORD DAILY
God’s Word activates the belt of truth and the sword of the Spirit. 📖 Psalm 119:11 – “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” 🧠 When the Word fills your mind, it becomes your defence and weapon.
3. PRAY CONTINUALLY – STAY CONNECTED TO GOD
Prayer keeps your spiritual gear in place. It’s how you “wear” the armour daily. 📖 Ephesians 6:18 – “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit…” 🔥 Application: Just like soldiers keep communication with command, you must keep talking with Heaven.
4. LIVE RIGHTEOUSLY – PRACTICE HOLINESS

5. SPREAD THE GOSPEL – WALK IN PEACE
