🔹 Main Scripture: Hosea 4:6 (KJV) – “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee…”
♻️ Good morning, my beloved family in Christ.
🙏 I pray this message finds you in good health and peace. May grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord (2 Peter 1:2).
🕊 Today, I come with a heavy but loving burden to deliver this message: Lack of knowledge will destroy you.
Let us journey together into this truth, not as scholars, but as children eager to learn from our Father—with a posture of humility, curiosity, and surrender.
🕵️️Many today perish not because of demons or poverty, but because of ignorance—willful or unintentional. This ignorance takes many forms: spiritual ignorance (not knowing the truth about God and salvation), relational ignorance (not understanding healthy communication), financial ignorance (not knowing how to manage resources), and even emotional ignorance (not knowing how to handle trauma or anxiety).
The Hebrew word for knowledge in Hosea 4:6 is “da’ath” (דַּעָת,) meaning insight, discernment, understanding.
Without it, we become victims of cycles we don’t understand, and captives of forces we cannot even identify.
🌟💛 Knowledge is not optional in the Kingdom. It is a necessity.
🥀 LET ME TELL YOU A STORY🥰
A young man once prayed fervently for a financial breakthrough, yet died in poverty. Why? He did not know how to manage or multiply money. Another woman fasted 40 days for healing but ignored basic hygiene and the doctor’s advice. She died, and her community blamed witches.
🔍 The truth is: many perish, not by spiritual attack, but by ignorance of spiritual and earthly principles.
WHAT IS KNOWLEDGE❓
🌐 From a Worldly View:
Knowledge is the information, facts, and skills acquired through experience or education.
🔎 Examples: Knowing how to read, fix a car, or treat a disease.
✝️ From the Scriptures:
Knowledge is divine insight and understanding given by God (Proverbs 2:6: “For the LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding”).
▪️Greek: Gnosis (γνῒσις) – practical or intellectual knowledge.
▪️Hebrew: Da’ath (דַּעָת) – discernment, perception.
📖 WHAT KNOWLEDGE SHOULD A CHRISTIAN HAVE?
♦️ KNOWLEDGE OF:
➡️God’s Nature & Character
😊Who is God? (Exodus 34:6)
Example: Knowing God’s love helps us not walk in fear. When a believer knows God is merciful, it frees them from condemnation and legalism.
➡️Salvation through Jesus Christ
😊John 14:6 – Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.
Many try other paths due to a lack of this truth. Knowing Christ is not just for the afterlife, but for victorious living now.
➡️The Holy Spirit
Greek: Parakletos – helper, advocate.
He teaches us all things (John 14:26). For example, He may whisper the right words during conflict or inspire a business idea.
➡️Spiritual Warfare
😊2 Corinthians 2:11 – “Lest Satan should get the advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.”
⚠️ Ignorance opens doors to demonic attacks. Many families suffer repeated losses because they don’t know how to break generational curses.
➡️God’s Word (The Scriptures)
😊2 Timothy 3:16 – All Scripture is given by inspiration of God.
Example: Jesus overcame Satan by quoting scripture (Matthew 4). Today, a woman testified that reading Proverbs daily saved her marriage.
➡️Moral and Ethical Living
😊Galatians 5:22-23 – Fruit of the Spirit.
Example: Knowledge of these makes us reflect Christ, helping us become peacemakers at work or school.
➡️Purpose and Calling
Jeremiah 1:5 – “Before I formed you… I ordained you.”
😊Ignorance leads to wasted potential. A gifted artist may die a labourer if they don’t discover their calling.
😊Practical Knowledge (Earthly Living)
Proverbs teach about money, friendship, work, and speech. A young Christian businessman avoided a scam by applying Proverbs 14:15, “The simple believe every word…”
⛔ HOW DOES LACK OF KNOWLEDGE DESTROY A PERSON?
🌎 Real Life Examples:
⭕Ignorance of nutrition = health problems.
⭕Ignorance of financial principles = debt and poverty.
⭕Ignorance of laws = prison.
✝️ Spiritual Consequences:
⭕Leads to deception by false doctrines.
⭕Weak spiritual authority.
⭕Broken relationships and disobedience.
Example: A believer who never learned about spiritual warfare lives in fear, thinking every hardship is punishment.
✨ HOW CAN CHRISTIANS GAIN TRUE KNOWLEDGE?
🕊 Through:
✝️Holy Spirit
John 16:13 – Spirit of Truth guides into all truth.
✝️Jesus Christ
Colossians 2:3 – In Christ are hidden all treasures of wisdom.

🪠 KNOWLEDGE OF SPIRITUAL BEINGS
👻 They exist!
Angels, demons, principalities (Ephesians 6:12).
🙊Knowledge helps us discern and conquer. A woman in Uganda testified that once she learned about spiritual attacks in dreams, she started praying and fasting and overcame years of nightmares.
↘️1 John 4:1 – “Test the spirits…”
↘️Jude 1:9 – Even Michael knew his boundary.
