Here is the step-by-step guide that you need to follow.

Step 1: Login and Visit the Account Quality Centre.

Log in to your Facebook Account.
Visit the Account Quality Page: https://facebook.com/accountquality
You will see any Red flags or warnings related to:

Ad Accounts
Business Manager
Your Profile page
Page You Manage

Step 2: Understand why you were restricted.

Click on the specific ad account or business asset that was restricted. Facebook will tell you the reason, such as:

Step 4: Contact Facebook Live Support (If Appeal Button is not available)

Sometimes the “Request Review” button might not show, or your case needs human intervention. In that case:

Go to https://facebook.com/business/help

Scroll to the buttom of the page
Click on “Get Started” or “Support”
