Student Code of Conduct
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
CRMNuggets is a community of learners. This Code sets out what we expect from every student, alongside our Terms of Service, so that courses, exams, internship tasks and discussions stay fair and useful for everyone.
1. Academic Honesty
- Complete exams, quizzes, and internship tasks using your own understanding and work.
- Do not share exam or task answers with other students, or seek/receive answers from anyone else.
- Do not use another person's account, or let anyone else use yours, to attempt an exam or task on your behalf.
- Submitted internship task work should be your own; where reference material is used, credit it rather than presenting it as original.
2. Respectful Community Conduct
In lesson discussions, the WhatsApp community, and anywhere else you interact with instructors or other students:
- Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks are not tolerated.
- No spam, unsolicited promotion, or off-topic advertising.
- Do not impersonate an instructor, admin, or another student.
- Keep discussion content appropriate for a learning environment.
3. Fair Use of the Platform
- One subscription is for one individual - do not share your login or course access with non-subscribers.
- Do not attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's normal operation.
- Referral rewards are for genuine referrals - self-referrals or fake accounts to farm rewards are not allowed.
- Internship tasks have a limited number of attempts per season; using automated tools or scripts to bypass those limits is not allowed.
4. Certificates and Hall of Fame
Certificates, Open Badges, and Hall of Fame placements are awarded only for legitimately completed work. Certificates obtained in violation of this Code may be revoked, and any associated Hall of Fame listing removed.
5. Reporting a Concern
If you experience or witness a violation of this Code - in a course discussion, the WhatsApp community, or an internship task submission - report it to info@crmnuggets.com with as much detail as possible.
6. Consequences
Depending on severity, violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, revocation of certificates or Open Badges, and forfeiture of any subscription paid - without refund, per our Refund Policy.
