Uterine fibroids, also known as Leiomyomas and Myomas, are non-cancerous tumours that grow from the muscle layers of the womb. These benign growths of smooth muscle can vary from the size of a bean to being as large as a melon.
Types of FIBROID
–Intramural. Embedded in the muscular wall of the womb. –Subserosal fibroids. Extends and grows within the surrounding outer uterine tissue layer. –Submucosal fibroids. Grows in the muscle beneath the inner lining of the uterine wall. –Cervical fibroids. Grows in the cervix.
Causes of Fibroid
It is believed that each fibroid tumour develops from an aberrant muscle cell in the uterus, which multiplies rapidly because of the influence of estrogen, usually during reproductive years (16-50years). There is also evidence that genetic factors and intake of red meat, alcohol, and caffeine could increase the risk of fibroids.
Common Symptoms –Heavy, painful periods (Menorrhagia). –Anaemia from heavy periods. –Lower backache or leg pain. –Constipation. –Discomfort in the lower abdomen. –Frequent urination. –Painful intercourse (Dyspareunia). –Labor problems. –Pregnancy problems. –Fertility problems. –Repeated miscarriages. 🍓Possible Complications🍓 –Heavy Periods (Menorrhagia). –Pregnancy complications. –Infertility. –Leiomyosarcoma cancer. –Acute thromboembolism. –Deep vein thrombosis (DVT). –Acute renal failure. –Internal bleeding.
Plant Stem Cell Therapy (PSCT) Treatment Common treatment or fibroid control options are usually associated with side effects like irregular periods, acne, osteoporosis, adhesion, scars, and a re-growth of fibroid after surgery.
PSCT products have been considered the safest and most effective treatment for fibroid due to its 100% organic content as it contains specialised stem cell extracts from selected plants, targeted at performing various tissue/cell repair processes in the body.
Usually a painless process, stem cell extracts ingested orally/sublingual, PSCT will shrink fibroid tissues, balance the body PH/hormones, detoxify the body of radicals/toxins and regenerate fresh healthy tissues to fix damaged tissues.
PSCT therapy will also activate body stem cells to regenerate and revitalise patients internal organs/tissues unspecifically, as well as activate existing stem cells. These processes prevent fibroid regrowth with no side effects/complications and a 99.9% success rate. Application and usage depend on the size of growth and the extent of damage to the body. Treatment lasts between six to ten weeks. 🔥SuperLife STC30 to the rescue🔥.

The Bible says that the weapons of our warfare are not canal. In 2 Cor. 10:3-4, it says ,
“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh; ((for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds”
Some of these weapons are:
#1 Prayer
Prayer is invisible, untouchable, and invincible. We can’t destroy it and it is very powerful. So, you can see that prayer is a powerful weapon of warfare. And when you pray in tongues, the enemy cannot understand what you are saying.
#2 Faith
Two of the greatest weapons of our enemy are doubt and unbelief. The devil uses these two weapons very well. Fortunately, faith is the weapon that will neutralise the two. The Bible in Hebrews 11:6,
“But without faith, it is impossible to please Him, for he that cometh to God must believe that He is and He is a rewarder of them of them that diligently seek Him”
Hebrews 10:38-39 also says:
“Now, the just shall live by faith; but if any man draws back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition, but of them that believe to the saving of the soul”.
Faith is what will please God and as disciples, we want to please God, Faith is what we should live by because it deals with doubts and unbelief.
#3 Holiness
Holiness can be a defensive weapon, Jesus Christ in John 14:30;
“Hereafter I will not talk much with you; for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me”.
In other words, if there is no crack in the wall, the serpent will not be able to enter. If you are living a life of holiness, with no sin in your life, the devil will not be able to penetrate your defence.
Read Job 11:14-20
The Almighty God said that if you are living a life of holiness, you will lie down in peace, nobody will be able to frighten you. The enemy will never be able to come near you because holiness will form a wall of defence around you.
Holiness can be an offensive weapon. It is a weapon you can use against the enemy. In Prov. 28:1, the Bible says”… the righteous are as bold as a Lion”. When there is no sin in your life, you have nothing to be afraid of. You are bold. Boldness can really give you victory against the enemy. If you are afraid, you have already failed.
In Job 17:9, the Bible tell us what will happen to those who have a life of holiness. It says, “The righteous also shall hold on his way and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger”.
Since you are likely to fight several battles, it is a general advantage if you grow stronger as you fight on.
And now sin which is the opposite of holiness is the greatest thing that can cut off the line of supply between you and your greater ally. Your greatest supporter is the Almighty God. When you go to war if you want victory, you must have constant support from your Ally. When help is coming from Him, nothing must stop the help. But if there is a sin, He will want to send help to you but sin will block the way. Sin will break the bridge over which the supplies will travel to reach you.
Look at Isaiah 59:1-2,
“Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, neither His ear heavy, that it cannot hear, But your iniquities have hid His face from you, that He will not hear”.
So, when there is a sin, the line of supply between you and your greatest Ally will be broken. But if there is no sin and you are living a life of holiness, the line will be kept open between you and your Ally and then you will have victory all the time.
Read Deut. 28:1-8. Here the Bible makes it clear that when you are doing the will of God, when you hearken diligently to the voice of the Lord your God, to do everything that He commands you, if the enemies come against you in one way, they will flee seven ways.
This is victory. Holiness is a weapon. It can be for defences that the enemy cannot penetrate. It can be an offence, because you will be as bold as a lion and then, you get stronger and stronger every day, And then, the line of communication between you and your ally will be open. So, if you are living a life of holiness, let the enemy come, they will scatter.
There are other weapons of our warfare.
#4 There are other weapons of our warfare
In 1 Cor. 12:4-7 , the Bible says;
“Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same spirit. And there are differences in administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal”.
The gifts of the holy spirit include the following:
Word of wisdom
Word of knowledge
Faith
Healing
Miracles
Prophesy
Discerning of spirits
Divers kind of tongues
Interpretation of tongues
In talking about these gifts of the Holy Spirit, there are certain words that were used. In verse 6, “And there are diversities of operations”. Operation is a military term, used when soldiers want to do an operation. They want to fight the enemy. God gives us the gift of the Holy Spirit to fight against the enemy.
We have mentioned four main weapons of our warfare:
Prayer
Faith
Holiness
Gift of the Holy Spirit
PRAYER IN DETAIL
Let us look at Prayer closely and see how it can be used as a weapon of warfare.
When you pray, you call in your Allies. When you say “My Heavenly Father”. You draw the attention of God the Father to yourself. When you go on your knees and say “My Father who art in heaven”, your Father in heaven will pay attention. And when you go on to say “In Jesus’ name” Oh as soon as you say “In Jesus’ Name”, you draw the attention of God the Son, because he has already promised in John 14;14, “If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it”.
So when He hears “In Jesus’ Name”, He wants to know what it is you want to ask so that He can get ready to fulfil it. But not only that, when you say “In Jesus name” you draw the attention of all things in heaven to you.
What are all the things in Heaven?
The four Living beings
The twenty-four Elders
The Archangels
The Cherubims
The Seraphim
The Saints in Glory
Anytime they hear “In Jesus’ name”, they look in that direction. Not only that, all the things on earth begin to pay attention. What are all these things on earth? Divine Police on Patrol.
When they hear “In the name of Jesus”, all those angels that are near where you are calling turn their attention to you. Not only that, all things under the earth also pay attention when you say, in the name of Jesus”. How do I know this? The Bible say in Philippians 2:9-11.
“Wherefore, God also hath highly exalted him, and give him a name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things on earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father”.
As soon as you say “My Father in heaven” you draw the attention of God the Son, the things in heaven, the things on the earth, and the things underneath the earth, and immediately the Holy Spirit move in to help you.
Because the Holy Spirit knows when you say “My Father in heaven, “In the Name of Jesus”, He knows that what you want to do is to pray.
In Romans 8:26, the Bible says:
“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities; for we know not what we should pray for as we ought; but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered”.
The holy spirit knows you don’t know how to pray and you are a disciple of Jesus. When he hears, “My Father in heaven, “In the name of Jesus”, He knows that this disciple wants to pray and he doesn’t know how to pray. Before he makes mistakes, let me help him.
So whenever you start to pray, you bring in all the Allies-
God the Father
God the Son
God the Holy Spirit
The Twenty-four Elders
The Archangels
The Cherubims
The Seraphims
The Saints in glory
All things on earth
The Angels on Patrol
All things underneath the earth
You bring all their attention to you. Now you can imagine that. You focus the attention of the Universe on yourself.
Whenever you pray, they knew precisely who is praying. They know where you are, where you come from. They know your name and your address.
So when I am praying and you are not praying, don’t expect that they will bring the answer to you instead of me. You may say “we are many”, and we are all not supposed to be praying and you keep quiet. When the miracle comes, it will go to all of us? No, the miracle will go to the one who prays.
Look at Acts 9:10-11,
And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias, and to him said the Lord in a vision, “Ananias” and he said, “Behold I am here Lord”.
And the Lord said unto Him, “Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul of Tarsus; for behold he prayeth”.
Look at that information, Who was praying? The Bible say, Saul, not James, not Peter. God knows your name too,. Then which Saul? He said Saul of Tarsus. God knows where you were born. He did not say Saul of Jerusalem although he came from Jerusalem. He did not say, Saul of Damascus, although, at that time, he was living in Damascus. He said the one who is praying, his name is Saul, and the village where he was born in Tarsus.
Today, God may see me praying and He would say behold ….name….. from ……country….. is praying. He is not going to make a mistake. Then He gives the address. In those days, they didn’t have house numbers but at least the street had an address.
It said this man, the Saul of Tarsus, is praying in a street called Straight. Now there are many streets in Damascus but there is only one called Straight. Ask for the house of judas, not the house of Thomas. Ask for the house of Judas. In other words, God is telling the angel that is bringing your miracle to you, as soon as you begin to pray, he would say, “Angel, I want you to go to this particular country. When you get there, look for this town. When you get to the town, look for this street. When you get to this street, look for this number.
When you get to that House, look for someone whose name is so and so, who was born at such and such a place. There is no way your miracle would be lost in transit. When you call the Name of the Father in Heaven, in the Name of Jesus”Oh immediately all the universe will focus its attention on you, accurately.
Now you know that when the whole universe is focusing its attention on one spot, there will be an earthquake. It might not be a physical earthquake, it may be a spiritual one. Anyway, we need an earthquake so that our yoke will be broken.

We have talked about demons in charge of religion but now we want to talk about another assignment that the devil could have. Every family has at least a demon assigned to it by the devil and above this, there is a demon in charge of a compound and a demon in charge of a town and another demon in charge of a state. There is a demon in charge of a whole country and so on and so forth.
For example, there was a Prince of Persia in Daniel’s time. That was a demon in charge of Persia and if you read the Bible you will remember it was Satan that withstood David to conduct a census that caused a lot of trouble for Israel. It was Satan that motivated Pharaoh against the sons of Israel when he ordered the midwives to begin to kill the sons of Israel. It is the same Satan that motivated the massacre during the birth of Jesus Christ.
The worship of Baal during Ahab’s reign which led to no rain for three and a half years is the handiwork of Satan. When Nebuchadnezzar set up his idol and asked everybody to begin to bow, it was not inspired by the Holy Spirit. It was the devil that inspired him.
It was the demon in charge of Babylon that was responsible for the work. the spirit of the anti-christ already manifested several times in people like Napoleon Bonaparte or people like Adolf Hitler.
HOW DO THESE DEMONS OPERATE?
These demons know the laws of God and the consequences of breaking them. So they cause the leaders to break these laws with resultant negative effects on their people. When David counted the people of Israel, it was not David that died, it was the children of Israel that suffered. In fact, nobody died in David’s house. This is one of the reasons why you must be praying for your leaders that the devil will not be able to influence them.
Not only that, demons introduced religions that cause the people to have other gods than God himself, as a result of which God will punish the people, as was the case with Ahab mentioned earlier. In the past, demons were very crude in their approach. They never hid their intentions. Like Baal worshippers, they brought it in openly or like Solomon who started marrying several strange wives and each wife came with their strange god. It was done openly.
But now, as people become more enlightened, the demons become more refined in their approach. They have to present their religion that will sound like the true one.
For example, Islam also says they recognise one God but which God do they recognise? Is it the Living God? The Bible says any God that Jesus is not his son is not the real God.
And then they also provide alternatives, for example in Free Mansonry, they call the name of their God “Jahbulbhon” and they say that it is a trinity, They say Jah is for Jehovah and “bul” for Baal and “bon” for Hosiris, god of the sun.
So they put the three together and they call it “Jahbulbhon”. They say it is the combination of Jehovah, Baal and Hosiris.
Look at the Celestial Church, sorry to say, but this is what they say. They combined Jesus with Mohammed and the Holy Micheal, so you see the cross and one funny eye looking at you.
When he knows that there are some people now who have a philosophy, he introduced the Grail Message. They say they know Jesus. He is the beginning but He is not the end. They say he is the Alpha but he is not the Omega. They say He is the Author but not the Finisher of our Faith. But thank God we know better.
HOW DO WE DEAL WITH THESE DEMONS ON ASSIGNMENT
We must use modern dogs to hunt modern animals. The Bible says Angels are ministering spirits and we have not been making use of them enough. When Daniel was praying, God sent an angel to come and give him his answer and then a demon stopped that angel. The Lord of hosts sent a second angel that dealt with the first demon so that the first angel was able to bring the message to Daniel. The Lord of host knows which angel to send to go and help us to deal with all the demons that are on assignment in our lives. Our duty is to request them and say,
LORD, SEND YOUR ANGEL TO COME AND PERFORM A MIRACLE IN MY LIFE RIGHT AWAY
And he will do so.
From time to time, remember these angels are at your disposal. They are your servants. Call on the Lord of hosts and He will send them. Talk to Him now and He will answer you.

In my previous article, I looked at some of the facts that you need to know about phase-to-phase relationships for projects. In this article, I want to talk about all that you need to know about how organizational culture and styles can influence projects.

As you advance in your development as a project manager, carefully integrating the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved with the projects will effectively ensure that everyone in the project has a clear understanding of his or her duties.
In this article, I will examine some organisational structures and project interfaces and document the roles, responsibilities and reporting relationships of the people working on the project.
As a project manager, you will want to ensure that everyone working on your project is assigned appropriate duties. In order to ensure this, you need to clearly understand the influences of organisational cultures and styles on the projects you manage and document the roles, responsibilities, and relationships among each individual in the organisation.
Projects are greatly influenced by the various cultures followed by organisations. Sone if the factors that form a part of organisational culture are policies, values, management styles and work environment.
#1 Policy
Organisational policies and procedures influence the project the company undertakes. For example, the organisational procedures will determine how to implement new strategies and if the work environs will be formal or informal.
#2 Values
Values, beliefs and expectations of an organisation have a major impact on the organisational culture. For example, the organisation’s strategic decision making choices, and preferences will vary, based on it’s values and beliefs.
#3 Management style
The management style of the organisation is another factor that can affect the organisational culture. For example, certain factors, such as managers following a coaching style of management or controlling style of management, the employees being allowed to give feedback, and the implementation of their feedback, are all dependent upon the different styles followed by the management.
#4 Work environment
Work ethics followed by the organisation also constitute the organisational culture. For example, some organisations may allow employees to work anytime from 7 am to 7 pm, and some others may want them to work strictly from 8 am to 5 pm and work late nights if their workload is high.
Understanding Organisation’s Culture Influence On Projects
In my previous article, I talked about all that you need to know about organisational culture and styles on projects. I. In this article, I want to talk about all that you need to know about the Organisation’s Culture and styles for projects. Follow me as we are going to look at that together in this article.
Several aspects of projects are influenced by the organisational culture. Some of these include:
#1 Project policies and procedures
The project policies and procedures should reflect the Organisation’s Culture, policies, and procedures.
#2 Project selections
The criteria for the selection of projects are determined by the organisational culture. For example, a competitive, ambitious, and assertive organisation will select a project with high risks while a highly rigid and authoritarian organisation may not take a project with high risks.
#3 Project management style
A project manager should adapt to the management style of an organisation. For example, a project manager cannot follow a permissive management style in an autocratic organisation where all decisions are made unilaterally.
#4 Team performance assessment
A project manager should adhere to a company’s policies when assessing the performance of a team. For example, an employee should not be promoted to the next level unless he or she meets all the standards set by the organisation.

In my previous article, I have talked about phase to phase relationship for projects. In this article, I want to talk about all you need to know about progressive Elaboration for projects. Follow me as we are going to look at that together in this article.
Phases of the project life cycle are arranged to allow for progressive elaboration in which successive layers of details are added to the plans as the project progresses. Usually, the sequence of the phases defined by most project life cycles involves some type of hand-off or deliverable.
Most often, deliverables from one phase are approved before work begins on the next phase.
For example, design specifications are approved and handed over before approval is gained on the deliverables of a previous phase of the risk are considered acceptable. It helps the project management team plan work to a greater level of detail as the project progresses.
Rolling wave planning…
The three major characteristics of a project are its uniqueness, temporariness, and progressive elaboration. Rolling wave planning is a technique that is used to address the progressive elaboration characteristics of the project. It is nothing but the progressive detailing of project plans.

RCCG Sunday School Teacher Manual 18 June 2023 TOPIC: Vessels For The Master’s Use
OPENING PRAYER: Almighty Father, please make me a vessel for the Master’s use in Jesus’ name.
MEMORY VERSE: “And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.” – Ezekiel 22:30 (KJV)
BIBLE PASSAGE: Jeremiah 18:1-6 (KJV)
1 The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,
3 Then I went down to the potter’s house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.
4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.
5 Then the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
6 O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the Lord. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.
LESSON INTRODUCTION: God does not necessarily need our strengths or strong points to use us. Oftentimes, He delights in using our weakness, because whenever He does, we do not get to share in His glory. God wants us to be examples to others of what He can do in and with us if only we are willing and obedient to do His will. God is still looking for vessels to use.
TEXT REVIEW: Jeremiah 18:1-6
The teacher should identify five lessons from the parable/analogy of Porter’s house according to the passage:
i. …………………… ii. ………………….. iii. …………………… iv. …………………… v. ……………………
LESSON OUTLINES
BIBLICAL EXAMPLES OF VESSELS GOD USED
GOD’S REQUIREMENTS AND REWARDS
1. BIBLICAL EXAMPLES OF VESSELS GOD USED
A. The teacher should establish the fact that God can use any available person because He is no respecter of persons. Acts 10:34-35.
B. The teacher should mention some of the vessels God used in the Bible despite their weaknesses and shortcomings as follows:
i. Moses: A fearful man (Exodus 2:14), of low self-esteem (Exodus 3:11) and a stammerer (Exodus 4:10). He was chosen by God to deliver the Israelites from age-long captivity (Numbers 12:6-8).
ii. Gideon: A man of doubt (Judges 6:11-13; 6:36-40) and low esteem (Judges 6:14-15). He became the vessel chosen to liberate his people from the Midianites (Judges 7:19-25).
iii. David: He was the least in his father’s house (1 Samuel 17:14a; 16:11-12), an adulterer (2 Samuel 11:2-4) and an apparent murderer (2 Samuel 11:14-17). He became a man after God’s heart (1 Samuel 13:14).
iv. Peter: An unlearned fisherman who slept instead of praying (Matthew 26:37-44) and even denied Christ three times (Mark 14:66-72). He was mightily used by God (Matthew 16:16-19, Luke 22:31-32; Acts 2:40-41; 3:6-8).
v. Paul: When he was Saul, persecuted the Church, arrested and aided the killing of many believers (Acts 8:1-3). Jesus converted and made him a chosen vessel, especially to the gentile nations (Acts 9:1-15).
CLASS ACTIVITY 1 The teacher should ask each student to mention at least one weakness they have and how they can overcome it.

BIBLE PASSAGE: JEREMIAH 18:1-6
[1]The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
[2]Arise, and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.
[3]Then I went down to the potter’s house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.
[4]And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.
[5]Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
[6]O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.
INTRODUCTION
God does not necessarily need our strengths or strong points to use us. Oftentimes, He delights in using our weakness, because whenever He does, we do not get to share in His glory. God wants us to be examples to others of what He can do in and with us if only we are willing and obedient to do His will. God is still looking for vessels to use.
OUTLINES:
1. BIBLICAL EXAMPLES OF VESSELS GOD USED 2. GOD’S REQUIREMENTS AND REWARDS
BIBLICAL EXAMPLES OF VESSELS GOD USED
God is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34). There are biblical examples of vessels that God used despite their weaknesses or shortcomings. These include: 1. Moses: A fearful man (Ex.2:14), of low self-esteem (Ex.3:11) and stammerer (Exo.4:10). He was chosen by God to deliver the Israelites from age-long captivity (Num. 12: 6-8)
2. Gideon: A man of doubt (Jug.6:11-13; 6:36-40) and low esteem (Judges 6:14-15). He became the vessel chosen to liberate his people from the Midianites (Jug. 7:19-25).
3. David: He was the least in his father’s house (1 Sam.17:14a; 16:11-12), an adulterer (2 Sam.11:2-4) and an apparent murderer (2 Sam 11:14-17). He became a man after God’s heart (1Sam. 13:14).
4. Peter: An unlearned fisherman who slept instead of praying (Matt.26:37-44) and even denied Christ three times (Mk.14:66-72). He was mightily used of God (Matt.16:16-19, Luke 22:31-32; Acts 2:40-41; 3:6-8).
5. Paul: when he was Saul, persecuted the Church, arrested and aided the killing of many believers (Acts 8:1-3). Jesus converted and made him a chosen vessel, especially to the gentile nations (Acts 9:1-15).
CLASS ACTIVITY 1: The teacher should ask each student to mention at least one weakness they have and how they can overcome it.
2. GOD’S REQUIREMENTS AND REWARDS
God is looking for vessels and His requirements include faithfulness (Lk.19:17; 1 Cor.4:2; Jer.5:1); availability (Ezek.22:30; Isa.6:8); teachability (Jn.14:23; Matt.10:24); obedience to God’s word (2Tim.2:21; Prov.13:13) and being strong in Christ (Jn.14:12; 15:16).
In addition, God wants us to purge ourselves of every contamination of the body and soul (2Tim.2:21), lay aside weights (Heb.12:1), die to self (Jn.12:24-26), not to look for fame and its associated fanfare, but to be completely yielded to Him. God can discern every thought and motive behind every action (Heb.4:13; Ps.33:13-15).
Let us choose to serve Him with all sincerity of heart and press on to the mark of His high calling in Christ (Phil.3:12-14). God rewards everything done in His name, whether in secret or in the open (Isa.45:19; Ps.58:11; Heb.11:6; Rev.22:12).
CLASS ACTIVITY 2: Students should identify how God rewards faithful vessels on earth.
CONCLUSION: You are the next vessel to be used by God. Stop resisting Him.
QUESTIONS: 1. Mention some of those God used in the past despite their shortcomings. 2. What does God require of a man He will use?
ASSIGNMENT: Identify five (5) areas where you think you are too weak to work for God and ask Him to strengthen you in those areas (No mark).

In my previous article, I have talked about all that you need to know about service consumption in ITIL 4. In this article, I want to look at all that you need to know about components of service in ITIL 4. Follow me as we look at that together in this article.
A service is a means of enabling value Co-creation by facilitating outcomes that customers want to achieve without customers having to manage specific costs and risks.
In this case, you are able to render the services without passing the bulk of the costs and risks to your customers.
Facts about services…
An output is a tangible or intangible deliverable of an activity. A good example includes reports, bills among others.
An outcome is a result for a stakeholder, enabled by one or more service outputs.
A good example includes being able to get to detonation in time for a meeting. A good example is those organisations that allow customers to book rides through their mobile phones.
Some also provide services that allow individuals and co-workers to collaborate together. They are able to work on common projects without being in the same location together.
Understanding costs…
Risks refer to possible events that could cost harm or loss, or make it more difficult to achieve service objectives.
For instance, there are some risks removed by the service provider for the consumer. if you are using Uber, for example, you don’t need to worry about flat tires or engine being knocked down.
The consumer in a way also participates in the reduction of risks. He has to actively participate in the definition of service requirement as well as the classification of services to be provided.
He has to also clearly communicate the critical success factors and constraints that apply to such services.
The service provider should also be able to get customer location data in order to know where to dispatch the car. That shows that both service provider and service consumer have a role to play in service delivery.

In my previous article, I have talked about all that you need to know about service provisioning in ITIL 4. In this article, I want to talk about some of the facts that you need to know about service consumption on ITIL 4 or service management. Follow me as we are going to look at that together in this article.
Service consumption has to do with the management of the resources needed in order for consumers to enjoy resources that they have paid for. It is the duty of the consumer and the service provider to ensure that the resources that they needed to enjoy the services that they have paid for.
At times, when you buy data, it is not the duty of the service provider to repair your phone for you.
DSTV Sample
They will ensure that there is a cable connection and the signals are strong but you are the one to ensure that you charge your phone and that you have strong reception.
You have to make sure that you take care of the service provider resources in your care. For cable TV, the service provider owns the dish bit it is your duty to ensure that the dish you are using for reception is in good condition.
As part of the service consumption process, you need to ensure that you request the service package that you need. DSTV has several packages but you have to choose one of the service packages based on what you can afford.
The should be a receipt of acknowledgement of that products and services. You have to show your reservation of that products and services. The organisation will also be expecting feedback in return in order to know how you feel about the service being rendered.

In my previous article, I have talked about all that you need to know about the phase gate review for projects. In this article, I want to talk about all that you need to know about phase to phase relationship for projects. Follow me as we are going to look at that together in this article.
Multiphased projects generally follow a sequential process that ensures greater control over the projects and aids in achieving the desired product, service, or result.
There are three types of phase to phase relationships: sequential, overlapping, and iterative. Sometimes multiphased projects will have more that one phase-to-phase relationship occurring during the life cycle of a project.
In such cases, certain factors, such as the level of control, effectiveness, and the degree of uncertainty, decide the relationship. That can be applied between phases. Based on these factors, all three types of relationships can be applied between different phases of a project.
Now the types…
#1 Sequential
This type of relationship contains consecutive phases.
It starts only when the previous phases are complete.
It also reduces the level of uncertainty, which produced reliable cost and duration estimates but which may eliminate the possibility of reducing the project duration later in the project cycle.
#2 Overlapping
This type of relationship contains phases that start prior to the completion of each one’s preceding phase.
It increases the level of risk and can cause rework if the subsequent phase begins before it receives accurate information from the previous phase.
#3 Iterative
This type of relationship includes one phase at a time that will be planned and carried out.
It requires planning for the next phase as the work in the current phase progresses.
It is largely helpful in environments that are quite uncertain and undefined.
It also reduces the chances for long term planning.
The iterative method also helps in minimizing project risk and maximizing the business value of the project.
Above all, it is an extension or corollary of the overlapping relationship, but in this case, the same phase repeats itself multiple times- once in each iteration.

Teknisk SEO is one of the most difficult parts of SEO. If you are a newbie and you are wondering what Teknisk SEO is, it is also known as Technical SEO. If anyone prides himself as an SEO Expert, what he is saying is that he can handle this technical part of SEO very well. In this article, I will tell you all that you need to know about what this is all about.
Apart from Teknist SEO, we have two other types of SEO which are On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO. I have written extensively about these two types of SEO in my previous articles.
#1 On-Page SEO
Any SEO activities that happen within your website or you perform in order to rank higher on search engines is called On-Page SEO. A good example of this is the Optimization of your images and the internal linking of your posts. Although some bloggers think that this is not important. It is. The way and manner you manage your content will determine how Search Engine bots will be able to discover your content for indexing and ranking.
#2 Off-Page SEO
Unlike On-Page SEO, any activity that you perform outside your website in order for your content to rank higher on Search Engines is called Off-Page SEO. A good example is your social signals, sharing of your contents, guest posting and backlink building among others.
#3 Teknisk SEO or Technical SEO
These are somehow difficult for an average blogger to do because it involves some elements of coding and Programming. Let’s take, for example, your contents are not been indexed properly or the Google Bot is finding it difficult to crawl your site and you need to correct that. It is one of the elements of Teknisk SEO.
When you are trying to prepare your website for Technical SEO, there are some factors that you need to look at. You will have to look at the speed and crawlability of that website. Before a website can rank higher on search engines, such a website has to load fully within a reasonable amount of time. Some people believe that such a website or blog must load fully in five seconds. Therefore, in order to rank higher on Search Engine, you have to ensure that your site is up to date as far as Teknisk SEO practices are concerned.
When you are opening a blog and you want to begin your SEO journey, you will need to carry out a technical audit of your website. This will allow you to determine what is wrong with your theme and the entire website. At times, through this audit, you can discover some of the problems that are peculiar to your content. Some of them can also suggest actions that you need to take in order to correct those errors as well.
Here are some of the things that can go wrong when it comes to Teknisk SEO…
#1 Bad Taxonomy
I am trying to explain the website Taxonomy in a way that, it will be very easy for you to understand. A Taxonomy can be defined as the way by which your contents are organized into silos based on URL. That is why it is often referred to as URL Taxonomy.
Most times, the ways you organise your content will determine whether it will be easy for users and bots to find what they are looking for.
You need to understand that your URL taxonomy plays a great role in the way your site is structured into Pages and other subdivisions. In order not to be too technical with this, you should always find a way of organising your content into categories and groups. You should know how to organise posts based on characteristics that they have in common. You can visit SearchEngineLand Post for more.
#2 Slow Website
Another major problem when it comes to Technical SEO or Teknisk SEO is the problem of having a slow website. There are many factors that can make your website to be unnecessarily slow. When your website takes forever to load or it does not load the full website within five seconds. It may be attributed to the type of theme that you are using. As a Beginner, you can use a free theme for a start but you have to make sure that a test is carried out. This test is to determine whether the theme is fast or not. I can recommend Astra Theme if you are a new Blogger and you are using wordpress.org.
#3 Hreflang Error
According to Semrush Blog, Hreflang annotations are meant to cross-reference pages that are similar in content but target different audiences. You can target different audiences with href lang attributes according to their language and/or their country. This ensures that the correct pages will be shown to the correct users when they search on the versions of the Google search that you are targeting.
To break it down Hreflang error happens when the wrong post is opening or being displayed to the wrong type of audience. Let’s say, for example, I have created a Post for different types of languages based on the location of the audience. If the article that is meant to be displayed to a French-speaking audience is now being displayed to someone in the United States, it can be termed as a Hreflang error.
#4 404 Errors
One of the Teknisk errors that can quickly run down your blog or website is 404 errors. 404 error happens when the link that a particular visitor to your site wants to read is no longer available. This happens when you have decided to delete such posts or you have modified the URL for such posts. That is why you should have 404 redirects on your blog. If you are on WordPress.org you can use a Plugin for this purpose. If you are using Blogspot, you can find out how to do it on Youtube.
#5 Lack of Canonical Tags
When you have a single Page that can be accessed from multiple URLs, you need to make use of Canonical Tags in order to indicate the exact one that you want Google to display on the Search Engine. If this is not done, Google or other Search Engines will have to do this for you. The Search Engine will choose one URL that will be crawled more often while the non-canonical tags will be crawled less often. These are some of the issues that you also have to address as part of your Technical SEO.
Technical SEO PDF
One thing you need to understand is there is much to learn when it comes to Technical SEO. That is why I will be dropping some Technical SEO PDF links for you to go through and download. Here are some of the links.
PS: I know you might agree with some of the points that I have raised in this article. You might not agree with some of the issues raised. Let me know your views about the topic discussed. We will appreciate it if you could drop your comment. Thanks in anticipation.

Social media marketing can be used to achieve an amazing number of goals, including building brand awareness, improving search engine optimization and driving traffic to your website. However, not all efforts toward these ends are equally effective or appropriate.
To ensure that your social media marketing efforts get the best results possible, it’s important to understand both the do’s and don’ts of social media marketing.
How to Grow Your Audience
The key to social media marketing is to grow your audience organically. Here are some tips on how to do that: 1. Do post interesting and engaging content that will get people talking. 2. Don’t spam your followers with too many promotional posts. 3. Do mix things up by posting a variety of content, including images, videos, infographics, and blog posts. 4. Don’t forget to interact with your followers regularly.
Hashtags vs. Categories
Hashtags are a great way to get your content seen by more people, but be careful not to overdo it. Use them sparingly and make sure they’re relevant to your post.
Categories, on the other hand, are a great way to organize your content for your readers. Use them wisely to keep your blog organized and easy to navigate.
What Not To Post
– Personal information such as your address, phone number, or email should never be posted on social media.
– Photos that are derogatory, contain profanity, or show illegal activity should also be avoided.
– You should also avoid posting photos that are not yours without permission.
Finally, think twice before posting anything that you would not want your boss or future employer to see.
Firstly, make sure your copy is clear and concise. You want your audience to be able to understand your message quickly and easily.
Secondly, be sure to use strong calls to action. Tell your audience what you want them to do, and make it easy for them to do it.
Thirdly, keep your tone positive and upbeat.
How to Promote Others
When it comes to promoting others on social media, there are a few key things to keep in mind.
– Make sure you are promoting content that is relevant to your audience and that you genuinely believe in.
– Be strategic about when and how often you promote content- too much promotion can turn people off.
-And finally, be thoughtful about the language you use when promoting- avoid coming across as spammy or pushy.
How To Avoid Getting Banned
If you’re using social media for your business, it’s important to avoid getting banned. Here are some dos and don’ts to help you stay on the right side of the rules.
– Don’t use obscenities or explicit language in posts or in comments.
– Don’t bully or harass other users (even if they seem like they deserve it).
Remember that all posts are public so think before you post anything personally! And remember that while sometimes the urge to post a rant may be tempting, its best not to do it because chances are that people will be out there waiting for an opportunity like this and will jump on your comment as soon as you make one wrong move!

Here are some of the ways that you can find Guest Post opportunities as a Blogger or content developer.
Backlinks are still one of the key factors to help you climb up Google rankings.
And when it comes to link building, you have only two options:
create great content and wait for people to link to it (insisting a little can help) create great content and take action Guest posting falls into the second category. It’s a process that’s pretty cheap, helps you build relationships and can land you great links. No wonder 2 out of 3 bloggers write guest posts.
That being said, guest posting is not easy. Especially finding new guest post opportunities.
In this article, I’ll share the best techniques to find blogs and websites to guest post on.
Let’s get started!
How to Find Guest Post Opportunities As a Blogger
Guest posts were not created equal.
Before diving into the process, let’s take a look at three important factors that influence the strength of the backlinks in general and guest posts links in particular.
1. The importance of relevance in Guest Post Opportunities search Sure, the number of backlinks you receive is an important ranking factor.
But quantity isn’t the only parameter here. To identify spammers, Google also takes into account the relevance of the link.
The relevance can be broken down into two dimensions:
Domain relevance: is the website you received a backlink from in the same niche/industry as yours? This is what Majestic’s topical trust flow may help you to evaluate.
Page relevance: does the content of the page where my link was placed has anything to do with my own website and linked page?
Finding the best website to guest post on means you should make sure it belongs to the same industry/niche as yours. It also means that your post needs to be about a topic that’s closely related to your industry.
2. The importance of domain authority
Relevance is one factor, and authority is another.
Google gives each website a specific authority score. The authority score of the referring website is taken into account to give weight to each backlink that you receive.
To put it simply, a relevant backlink from an authoritative website such as The New York Times will have a much bigger impact than a link from a small blog.
Even though its exact formula is kept secret, a few players in the industry provide estimations of this score with different SEO metrics.
Before contacting the author of the website, make sure its authority is sufficient to have a positive impact on your SEO.
3. Dofollow or nothing when searching for Guest Post Opportunities In Google’s eyes, there are two kinds of outbound links: dofollow and nofollow links.
In short, any link with the rel=”nofollow” parameter will not pass the authority to your website.
So before reaching out to a webmaster, make sure the links inside the guest posts don’t contain the nofollow parameter. In Google Chrome, for example, you can do that easily by inspecting the link.
A nofollow link example on HuffingtonPost
Let’s do a quick recap. When looking for your targets, remember to ask yourself these three questions:
Is the website in the same niche as yours? Has the domain a high authority? Are links dofollow? Now you’re ready for the next steps: finding the actual websites to contact.
They’ve already done the hard work! You just need to follow their steps to find the right websites.
Using a tool such as Linkminer, you can explore the backlinks your competitor has received. Of course, we don’t want all the backlinks, but only those that are dofollow and from high authority domains.
Linkminer offers two options that allow you to select these websites only. First, you can use the “dofollow” filter so you don’t waste your time with nofollow links. Then, you can sort the backlinks by Link Strength to show only the most authoritative websites.
Will these links be relevant as well? We can assume that they will, since your competitors received links from them. Of course, the final decision is up to your consideration.
When doing the outreach, you can mention your competitor’s article in your email:
“I saw that you mentioned this topic on your blog in this specific article. I’m an expert in this field and I’d like to share a different angle on the topic”… It shows you’ve read their blog and will increase your chances to land a guest post.
Technique #2: Contact your partners
This is one of the most overlooked techniques and also one of the most simple and efficient.
Why?
If you already have a relationship with some people or businesses, they’re more likely to accept a guest post from you as they know you and (probably) want to maintain a good relationship with you.
And as they operate in the same industry, the link will be very relevant.
There’s nothing else to add. It is definitely worth a shot.
Technique #3: Use search operators to find Guest Post opportunities
Let’s start with a quick explanation.
Search operators are search strings that you can add to your query to find specific websites.
The following list includes popular search operators used to find possible guest post opportunities. To maximize the relevance, combine them with a specific niche keyword.
For example, if I were to look for guest post opportunities for an online marketing tool, I would combine all these search operators with “online marketing” and would search for “submit post” online marketing, “bloggers wanted” online marketing, etc.
“write for us” “guest post” “submit post” “guest post by” “bloggers wanted” “writers wanted” “submit guest post” “submit a guest post” “submit blog post” “become a guest blogger” “guest post guidelines” “submit an article” “become an author” “become a contributor” “guest bloggers wanted” “contribute to our site” “become a guest writer” “submission guidelines” “the following guest post” inurl:guest-post-guidelines inurl:guest-posts inurl:write-for-us
You can do these searches manually, or you can use Scrapebox to automate the process (the website looks shady but the tool is actually safe and super useful).
Once your list is ready, extract the root domain for each link, remove duplicate domains and rank the websites by authority.
Technique #4: Check directories This one is easy.
Some people have already prepared lists of websites that accept guest posts.
To find them, simply look for “websites that accept guest posts” on Google + your industry.
It may look easy, but it may be tricky. The websites included in these lists often receive tons of guest post propositions. You’ll have to write a very convincing outreach email to stand out from the crowd.
Technique #5: Monitor your industry keywords
The 4 techniques I shared so far are good to create a static list to start from.
But what if you want to grow your guest post opportunities list over time?
Monitoring specific keywords can help a great deal. First, because it can help you spot your competitors’ new guest posts and apply technique #1 in real-time. To do so, simply monitor your competitors’ names.
It can also help you to spot the websites that talk about topics related to your service. In my experience, reaching out to these websites with a guest post proposition related to a topic they recently mentioned works pretty well. To do so, monitor 4-10 keywords related to the service you offer.
Now, what tool can you use to do it?
I personally use Mention. But there are alternatives such as Google Alert (not so great in my experience), Awario or Brand24.
Wrap-up
Once you’ve applied these 5 techniques, you should come up with a pretty long Excel sheet.
Don’t get discouraged! Prioritize by relevance and authority (the authority being the most objective factor).
Then, it’s time to contact these websites. Good luck.
